Thank you so much for looking into wedding florals with Rhapsody in Bloom! I am so glad you are here, wanting to learn more about my process. After you fill out the information at the bottom of this page or on the Book Your Date page, I will send you a questionnaire to get all of the details of what you will need for your dream wedding!
Once I have gone over your questionnaire, I will create a one page proposal with pictures and pricing of what I think will make your dreams come true. I ask for a signed contract and a 30% Non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date once you approve the preliminary design and from there I will create an in depth design plan outlining the event and all florals from start to finish. We will keep in touch through the time period before your wedding to finalize any changes!

Partial Service
Partial Service starts at $2000 and includes a design proposal, a design meeting via zoom and the flowers of your dreams. Partial Service couples will pick up all of their flowers at my studio and set up their own flowers at their venue.
Full Service
Full Service starts at $4000 and includes an in-depth design proposal, a design meeting via zoom, the flowers of your dreams, and access to my rental collection. Full Service couples don’t need to lift a finger on the day of their wedding! We deliver, set-up and if needed, tear down. No need to worry about purchasing expensive vases and candles either when you have access to my rentals!
Luxury Service
Luxury Service starts at $12,000 and includes all of the above, plus in person meetings with mock-ups, extensive access to rentals that I will coordinate with a rental company, we will work together to create a cohesive design for the flow of your wedding and I will deliver, set-up and tear down.
